Spent my xmas at a pleasant hotel with great staff and excellent amenities. The overall service was fantastic, with staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and various tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished and maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and offered plenty of toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was a treat, with plenty of options to choose from.

I did have a couple of issues. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for me to stay connected with my work.

Convenient location for travelers to Pune. The rooms were worth the price and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast and South Indian food were top-notch. I would recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel offered good standards, the interior design was quite out of date, and the rooms were sparsely decorated, which made them look barren. the dining options on-site could have been more appealing.
